Graham Drake

President, Chief Executive Officer & Director

Mr. Drake has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cervus Equipment Corporation since April 2012. Prior thereto, Mr. Drake was the Vice President of Operations – Agricultural Equipment Division of Cervus Equipment Corporation, and its predecessor entities, from 2005 until
April 2012.

Mr. Drake has also been a director of Cervus Equipment Corporation, and its predecessor entities, since May 2003.

Mr. Drake is a graduate of the ICD Directors Education Program.

Randy Muth
Randy Muth
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Muth is the Chief Financial Officer of Cervus Equipment Corporation and was also the CFO of its predecessor, the general partner of Cervus LP.

Prior to joining Cervus, Mr. Muth was the CFO of AmeriVision Communications Ltd and the Vice President of Operations, Network Cabling for Orius Corp. He worked for the Videotron Group of Companies where he served as the Vice President, General Manager and Director of Finance in Edmonton, Alberta as well as the South Texas General Manager, in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Muth has earned his Chartered Accountant (Alberta) and Certified Public Accountant (Illinois) designations, and received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta.

Stella Cosby
Vice President, People

Ms. Cosby is the Vice President of People for Cervus Equipment where she is responsible for human resources and safety. Ms. Cosby is a Senior Human Resources executive with expertise in working with global growth companies in a variety of industries such as agriculture, financial services, manufacturing, chemical, pipeline, transportation and retail industries. Prior to joining Cervus, Ms. Cosby was a Senior Director with Agrium Inc. where she led a diverse multi-disciplinary team responsible for executive and broad-based compensation, pension, benefits, global mobility and payroll. She was a founding member and Chair of Agrium’s Women’s Leadership Group, focused on the development and advancement of women at Agrium.

Ms. Cosby has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, a M.A. in Organizational Systems Renewal and is a certified executive coach.

Ms. Cosby is on the Board of Directors for Savana Energy Services Corporation and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD).

Fred Hnatiw
Fred Hnatiw
Vice President of Operations, Commercial and Industrial Division

Mr. Hnatiw has been the Vice President, Industrial Group since 2013.
He was previously the General Manager, Construction and Industrial Group
starting in 2011.

Prior to joining Cervus Mr. Hnatiw was the Operations Manager, Prairie Region SMS Equipment, a construction and mining equipment dealer. For the past 25 years, he has held senior operations positions in agriculture, oil and gas, and retail industries.

Mr. Hnatiw received a Bachelor of Commerce degree and his M.B.A. from the University of Saskatchewan. He has an Executive /Leadership coaching designation (ICF) obtained in 2010 and has obtained the Chartered Director (C.Dir.) designation from the Directors College (a joint venture of McMaster University and the Conference Board of Canada) in 2014.

Cal Johnson
Cal Johnson
Vice President Operations, Transportation

Mr. Johnson is the Vice President of Operations, Transportation. From 2012 – 2015 he served as the Vice President of Operations, Agriculture and previous to that as General Manager for the Agriculture Group in Alberta.

Prior to joining Cervus in 2000, he held several positions with John Deere Ltd. over a period of eleven years. Mr. Johnson is professional engineer, ICD Director, and a University of Saskatchewan graduate.

Corey Leonard
Corey Leonard
Vice President Operations, Agriculture Canada

Mr. Leonard assumed the Vice President Operations – Agriculture, Canada position in July of 2015. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Leonard served as General Sales Manager for Cervus John Deere Saskatchewan. He partnered with Cervus and Sheldon Gellner in 2003 to purchase the Saskatoon and Rosthern John Deere dealerships – Farm and Garden Centre. Previous to that he obtained his MBA from the University of Guelph after holding several positions in the agricultural chemical, fertilizer and grain industries.
